Email Marin Planning Commission and say

Action Needed by January 8, 2010

COMMENT PERIOD HAS CLOSED, THANK YOU FOR TAKING ACTION!

In a January 3 2010 Marin Independant Journal poll, an overwhelming majority of voters supported more protections to protect local salmon populations!

WILL THE COUNTY OF MARIN IGNORE THE SCIENCE & the fact that Coho are spiraling into an Extinction Vortex?

The streamside building moratorium is about to expire and the first test is already upon us. Please send the urgent email below and let Marin County Planning Commissioners know that it is premature to begin approving development plans in critical stream-side habitat at a time when the federal government is declaring that coho are facing an "extinction vortex" and the County's salmon restoration plan is far from being complete.

LETTERS MUST BE SENT BEFORE the end of the day on FRI JAN 8th! A sample letter is provided below, just scroll down.

Coho salmon and future generations will thank you!
