Earth Day Celebrations, April 21, 22, & 23!

March 15, 2006 through May 1, 2006

WHEN: April 21 (2-5pm) & 22 (10-1pm): Join us on San Geronimo Creek to celebrate our most recent restoration work! Help build our native plant nursery, plant native trees, and sow native seeds.

Meeting Place: Roy's Pools on the San Geronimo Valley Golf Course (see directions below).

Directions to Roy's Pools from 101: Take Sir Francis Drake to Fairfax. Continue on SF Drake ~5 mi West of Fairfax (over the big hill, past the Golf Course). Just past the golf course, make a left onto Nicasio Valley Drive, then left onto San Geronimo Valley Drive. Roy's Pools is on the left hand side under the large cypress trees.

April 23: Dance Palace, Point Reyes Station, 10-4pm. Get Ready watershed volunteers, here comes the 12th Annual Recycle Circus! What is a Recycle Circus? A large-scale FREE exchange of materials. Join the West Marin Community to promote the reuse of precious resources and our community's vision to sustain itself now and into the future.

Ongoing, every Tuesday and Thursday: Please call for exact times. San Geronimo Creek Restoration Workdays. Sow native seeds, tend our growing native plants nursery, plant native trees, and enjoy beautiful San Geronimo Creek!
