We want EVERYBODY who has helped SPAWN in any way (Members, Creek Naturalists, Creek Walkers, Streamkeepers, the Restoration Crew, Teachers, Students... EVERYONE) to join us for this fun event and to get recognized by the community for all the hard work you have done in the Watershed over the years.

Our " Giant Coho " float includes a creek, brilliantly colored salmon signs, banners, turtles, biologists .... and whatever lovely aquatic creature you decide to be.

The Woodacre Parade is fun! People from throughout West Marin, and the County, line the street in our headwaters along Woodacre Creek to watch the famous parade. It is so important for this to be a big showing to demonstrate to Valley residents how much good work is being done on behalf of the salmon and how important the work you do is for the community overall.

Please, please, please.... Come out and support your fellow SPAWNers and help give the coho salmon a voice in our community! To sign up contact Blaine at 415-4663-8590 x1118 or email Blaine@tirn.org.

This is a VERY kid-friendly event.

If you can help paint banners or make additional "salmon" and creek costumes, all the better! We have ideas, so let's get together.

Cheers! The SPAWN team.
