Coho Creek Walks! Nov 18- Jan 14

October 31, 2007 through January 18, 2008
SPAWN's watershed naturalists greet the winter rains joyfully because it means we will be leading walks to observe the spawning salmon in their colorful mating rituals.

Tour guests are invariably delighted to spot the salmon digging nests, fighting for dominance, and the ultimate...dropping their eggs into carefully-prepared indentations in the gravel. Rain or shine, it's a wonderful way to get outside during the winter, and we urge you to sign up for a tour early.

Salmon viewing tours begin November 17, and continue through mid-January.
